How Our Network Works

Talk to a local provider

Who Answers Your Call

Interestingcongratulations Walk-In Tubs does not send out crews. When you reach out, we connect you with an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. They speak with you, visit your home and put the quote together.

Think of us as the doorway. The provider is the person on the other side of it.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a few simple questions up front. They help the provider judge the job before any visit.

  • What kind of project are you thinking about: a walk-in tub, a walk-in shower or a tub-to-shower conversion?
  • How big is the bathroom, and where does the current tub or shower sit?
  • Is the floor wood-frame, over a crawl space or on a slab?
  • Who will use it, and do they need a seat, a wide door or grab bars?
  • When would you like the work done?

Photos of your bathroom and a few rough measurements can speed things along.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

A short list goes a long way. Write these down before the visit:

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • What could change the price once the old tub or walls are opened up?
  • Who handles permits, if any are needed?
  • What is the warranty on the product and on the labor, and who stands behind it?
  • How long will the bathroom be out of use?
  • What upkeep should I do after the work, and what should I leave to a pro?

Typical U.S. prices run from a few thousand dollars for a basic tub-to-shower swap to well into five figures for a walk-in tub with extras. Costs vary by job, which is why a written quote matters.

You Stay in Charge

A conversation is not a contract. You can get more than one quote, ask for changes and say no. Take your time. A good provider will not rush you.

After the work, check the seals and drain, wipe surfaces and keep it dry. Quote in writing, then care for the result.
